HAMS TEST
The Ham's test is used in the diagnosis of paroxysmal nocturnal haemoglobinuria or PNH. This particular test involves placing red blood cells in mild acid. A positive result indicates PNH or Congenital dyserythropoietic anaemia in the patient.
