5. Limit the screen time and put them timely to bed

Exposure to screens before bed time can disrupt ones sleeping pattern. Thus, it’s important to must ensure that the kids do not spend a lot of time watching TV or spending time with a mobile phone. Restricting screen exposure will enhance sleep quality and keep them in a sound state of health.
